Overall Review:
From the creators of Shrek comes smart, funny & fresh animated comedy of the year – TROLLS. Film directed by Mike Mitchell and Walt Dohrn features the voices of Anna Kendrick & Justin Timberlake. Trolls is funny and sweet filled with great songs. The story is good, with relatable characters and situations and is predictable. However, what makes Trolls a must watch is its visual beauty filled with bright / vivid colours. The movie has got a lot of music and songs (80’s classics); it feels like Musical Extravaganza. Technically films stands out with brilliant animation. There is so much imaginative detail, the characters are well modelled, the backgrounds meticulous and best of all the colours are gorgeously vibrant and leap out at you from the screen. The story has a real moral: Happiness lies within You and just needs to have belief in it.

Performance & Technical Review:
The voice actors involved in the film all do a really good job. Anna Kendrick is fantastic as Princess Poppy. Justin Timberlake was also good. Supporting voices from Zooey Deschanel, Russell Brand, James Corden, and Gwen Stefani is equally good. Technically films stands outstanding: Brilliant Animation, Visually Stunning. There is so much imaginative detail, the characters are well modeled, the backgrounds meticulous and best of all the colours are gorgeously vibrant and leap out at you from the screen.

PDF Verdict:
Dreamwork’s Trolls is cute, colourful and funny. It envelopes you in 92 minute explosion of rainbow colors with a warm hug and succeeds in delivering simple message: HAPPINESS COMES FROM WITHIN.
