Revolves around a family that deals in borderline crime; ruthless and vindictive to the core.
Directed by Remo D’Souza, Race 3 stars Salman Khan along with Anil Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, Bobby Deol, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala. Sallu bhai steps into Saif Ali Khans shoes in t his Race Franchise. This time, the film is bigger in terms of scale and grandeur and moreover, comeback film for bobby Deol. First thing first, RACE 3 is good only in terms of production value that is high on style. There is hardly any story-line in the film. Story penned by Shiraz Ahmed is lame and confusing and it rests on a wafer thin plot. Screenplay is disjointed as it concentrates more on style and action than substance. Dialogues are kiddish with no impact. First half of the movie is strictly OK with no meat in the story but its the second half that boasts the morale of a thriller. Music and Songs of RACE 3 fail to meet the expectations. Ayananka Bose’s cinematography is eye catching and captures the locales of U.A.E and Thailand very well. Performance wise: Salman Khan makes less impct and its Anil Kapoor who makes this film worthy. Action Sequnece directed by Hollywood stunt legend Tom Stuthers (stunt coordinator of Black Panther, The Dark Knight and Dunkirk), is visually compelling. Overall, with Bad writing, Terrible Dialogues and Lame Plot makes this RACE high on style and low on substance.
With no Foundation to stand tall, this franchise directed by Remo, lacks the power and fails in area of EID Entertainment.
